Terms and Conditions

1. All workmanship performed under contract by Rayl Ranch LLC. "Handyman Services" is warrantied for 90 days. However, material is not guaranteed by Rayl Ranch LLC. Please consult manufacture(s) for details.

2. All work is set by an hourly rate; this means no flat rate is given. Cost of materials will always be at an additional cost.

3. Hourly work and billing will commence when signed to start and will cease when work is signed as completed.  

4. Full payment will be due upon completion, unless otherwise specified in writing on your contract.

5. No verbal or promises other than those specifically set forth in the contract shall be recognized by either party.

6. All parties agree that this agreement shall be constructed according to state laws of the State of Florida. Please note: We are not Licensed and are not allowed to do Plumbing, Roofing, Irrigation, HVAC, structural, and/or Electrical work that requires permitting.

7. In Florida, an unlicensed handyman can perform minor, non-structural, and cosmetic repairs only. 

8. If a repair should be found to be requiring a Notice of Commencement (NOC)-(that is needed for total repairs exceeding $5,000.00), and/or permits, and/or a Licensed Professional. The buyer/customer(s) will immediately be informed of such by a representative from Rayl Ranch LLC, and the Time Spent shall be Billed and Owed Only! 

In this event, the buyer/customer(s), will hold harmless Rayl Ranch LLC from any and all, but not limited to, binding contracts, damages, or further obligations and it will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer(s) to find said professional to complete work under Florida Law.
